Shipping and Delivery Information

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping option available, we offer FREE shipping across Australia on all orders. 

• All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order placement, unless the item requires customization or is out of stock;

• Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email or an sms with a tracking number, so you will always know the status of your goods; 

• Shipping time depends on the location within Australia from which the order is shipped, this might take 7-15 business days, delivery timeline for your particular order will be indicated in your order confirmation email.

As most of our suppliers are small Australian businesses they are not always able to ship outside of Australia, please check the guide of where we are able to ship or simply drop us a note at info@uppernotchclub.com. If you are placing an international order, please note:

• International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
• This is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
• We can not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is part of our policy.
