Easy Returns

Upper Notch Club is commited to customer satisfaction, however, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. If you are not sure about the sizing when placing the order, please do drop us a note at and our team member will be happy to help you select the right size.

You must notify us in writing that you wish to cancel an order or to exchange a purchase. Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition (with tags), in their original packaging and condition will be accepted for returns upon presentation of your original invoice up to 7 days after receiving your order.

Please note that we are not able to refund of the original postage and we are not able to cover the return post either. If you wish to return the goods, may we suggest using Registered post with tracking as we take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders. It is always wise to obtain proof of postage before returning to us.

No exchange or refund will be offered on sale items unless product is faulty.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

Please let us know why you wish to cancel or exchange an item so we can help to improve our products. Your statutory rights are not affected.
